Battery Health and Cell Balance
Every EV battery degrades slowly with age and use, which is normal. A sudden drop, though, can point to cell imbalance or a specific module fault. We read the pack's health and balance under proper HV safety protocol to see the real condition.
Thermal Management
The eSprinter heats and cools its battery to keep it in the ideal range. A coolant or pump fault in that loop makes the van limit power and range, especially in hot or cold weather. Servicing the thermal system often restores performance.
Driving and Charging Habits
Cold weather, heavy loads, and high speeds all cut range, and that is expected. We help you separate normal conditions from an actual fault so you are not chasing a problem that is not there.
