The DEF and emissions system starts a restart countdown when it detects a fault, usually a NOx sensor, DEF heater, or SCR issue. Once it reaches zero the van will not start. We diagnose and fix the root cause so it clears and stays cleared.

We do not perform free estimates or inspections. Diagnostic time carries a 1 hour minimum, and that fee is applied as a credit toward an authorized repair, so it goes toward fixing your van.
