Worn Rollers
The door rides on rollers that follow the track. As they wear, the door drops at the rear and starts to bind or grind. New rollers restore smooth travel and proper alignment.
Bent or Damaged Track
A hard hit or years of stress can bend the track so the door no longer follows its path. We straighten or replace the affected track section so the door glides again.
Latch and Striker Adjustment
Sometimes the door travels fine but will not stay latched because the latch or striker is out of adjustment. We adjust and, if needed, replace the latch so the door closes and locks securely.
